Street Banner Rental

The City of Goodview has two locations available for street banners.  Banners will be allowed on City property only for City sponsored functions and for non-profit events occurring within the cities of Goodview and/or Winona.    Organizations may indicate a location preference; however, the City of Goodview has the final decision on where the banner will be placed.  The placement of banners must first be approved by the City Council or its designee.  The cost to rent is $182..  Please see the attached guidelines for further information.
