Goodview Sandlot Baseball Association
The Goodview Sandlot Baseball Association is a competitive traveling baseball team. This program's focus is on creating a positive environment for kids to play and learn about baseball while they improve their skills.
The program is designed to improve other areas of the youths' lives by providing the benefits of playing an organized team sport and positive role models as coaches.
Besides improving baseball skills, the Sandlot Baseball Association provides a social activity that has many benefits to its participants. The Sandlot Board consists of parent volunteers whose child is or has been in the program. This program wouldn't be what it is today if it weren't for the Board that has been formed and regulated each year.
Tryouts for the Goodview Sandlot team are scheduled every first weekend in May with registration deadlines by mid April of each year. Notices are put in the Winona Daily News, as well.
