For weekend or holiday reservations, the key(s) can be picked up prior to 4:00 p.m. on the last business day prior to the reservation.  Keys must be returned by 4:00 p.m. on the next business day following the event.  At the time the key(s) are returned, if everything at the pavilion is in order, the deposit fee will be returned to you.  If the key is not returned within the required time, your deposit will be held.
