Councilmember Richard Ledebuhr: Richard Ledebuhr and his wife Judith have lived in Goodview for the last 44 years and have 2 daughters. They currently reside at 4558 6th street here in Goodview. Richard has been on the City Council for the past 20 years and is up for re-election in 2026. Richard is also the President of the Goodview EDA and has been since the foundation started 8 years ago. Councilmember Charlie Andring: Charlie and his wife Vicki live at 916 38th Ave here in Goodview. They have lived here the past 45 years. They have 2 children, 4 grandchildren and have been married for 52 years. Charlie has served on the City Council for 14 years and will be up for re-election in 2028 as he has just began a new term. He also serves on the City of Goodview EDA. Charlie enjoys working with the City staff and the Council to help them make Goodview a safe and pleasant place for people to live in. Councilmember Cassie Gilliam: Cassie Gilliam began serving on the City Council in January 2023. She will be up for re-election in 2028 as she just began her second term. Cassie and her husband moved from out of state to Goodview in 1999. In 2003 they settled in the Saehler subdivision which was annexed into Goodview after the 2007 flood. Councilmember Sandra Ramirez: Sandra Ramirez was elected in January of 2023 for a 4 year term. She will be up for re-election in 2028. Sandra is looking forward to this new journey in her life and is hoping that people are willing to come to her when they have new ideas.
